Execution of Smaller Special Repair Works in IESCO Region

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids from contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and renewed for the year 2025-26. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding procedure (Lot Wise) under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with PPRA rules. The tender covers the execution of smaller special repair works across the IESCO region, primarily in Rawalpindi and Rajjar. Items being procured: - Lot No.17: Revamping of Office SDO Tarnol & SDO Seham at 132 KV Grid Station KTM Rawalpindi - Lot No.18: Revamping Office of Sari Alamgir at IESCO Complex Rajjar - Lot No.19: Revamping Office of Rajjar at IESCO Complex Rajjar - Lot No.20: Revamping of Office of SDO City Construction Sub Division No.II and SDO ELR Sub Division Rawalpindi at IESCO Marrir Hassan Rawalpindi - Lot No.21: Special Repair / Maintenance of Office Building Operation Sub Division Pindi Point Murree - Lot No.22: Special Repair / Maintenance of Banglow No B-1 at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar - Lot No.23: Re-Construction of Tilted B/Wall and Fallen at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar - Lot No.24: Special Repair / Maintenance of Control House Building at 1232 KV Grid Station Bhagwal - Lot No.25: Renovation of Washroom and Other Minor Works at Office of Xen Cantt Rawalpindi - Lot No.26: Special Repair / Maintenance of Banglow No B-2 at 132 Grid Station Rajjar - Lot No.27: Special Repair / Maintenance of Banglow No B-3 at 132 Grid Station Rajjar - Lot No.28: Special Repair / Maintenance of Quarter No D-6 at 132 Grid Station Rajjar - Lot No.29: Re-Construction of Fallen B/Wall and Construction of Fiber Shed at SDO Office Rajjar - Lot No.30: Special Repair / Maintenance of Quarter No E-3 at 132 KV Grid Station Kamalabad Rawalpindi - Lot No.31: Special Repair and Maintenance of DY Manager Store at 132 KV Grid Station Rajjar The scope includes civil repair and maintenance works at various grid stations and offices within the IESCO region. Contractors must be registered with PEC Category C-6 or higher, with registration renewed for 2025-26. Bidders must provide a bid security in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of Executive Engineer Civil Division IESCO. The bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF format, and the original submitted before bid closing. Firms already working with IESCO must provide performance/completion certificates signed by the concerned Xen/SDO uploaded on E-PADS. Bidders must also attach active registration certificates issued by PRA and FBR. If the total bid amount is less than 10% below the NIT amount, an additional call deposit as performance security equal to the difference must be submitted. Bids below 10% without this deposit will be rejected. Earnest money at 4% of estimated cost in the form of CDR is required. The successful bidder must produce 10% contract price performance security before contract signing. The bid submission deadline is **27 August 2026**. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Electronic bidding documents are available on E-PADS 2.0 at www.procure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk, and also on the IESCO website. Bidders should ensure all mandatory documents are filed as per PPRA rules.
