Execution of SUI Master Plan Package I (Storm Water Drainage) and Package II (Water Supply) Works

The Sui Master Plan project director invites bids from eligible contractors for execution of works under the SUI Master Plan for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis. The procuring entity is the Sui Master Plan office located in Sui, Balochistan. Items being procured: - SUI MASTER PLAN Package - I (Storm Water Drainage) - SUI MASTER PLAN Package - II (Water Supply) The scope includes comprehensive civil works for storm water drainage and water supply systems as per the project requirements. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer List. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and specialized code is mandatory. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Completed assignments of similar nature will be evaluated under eligibility criteria. Financial capacity must be demonstrated through turnover figures in previous years. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via bank guarantee, deposit at call, or CDR/Bank Guarantee. Tender documents including NIT and bidding documents are available electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the EPPS system by 31-08-2026. Tender opening will be conducted online at the Sui Master Plan office.
