Export Processing Zones Authority Sealed Bids for Income Tax and Sales Tax Registered Firms

Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through EPADS from eligible and experienced firms or persons registered with Income Tax (ATL) and Sales Tax Departments and licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the C-V or above category for the year 2025-2026. Items being procured: - Sealed bids for services related to EPZA projects as detailed in the tender documents The tender notice along with the tender document containing the complete scope of work with terms and conditions are available for bidders registered on E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and also uploaded on PPRA/EPZA website. Bids must be submitted with 2% bid security in the shape of pay order in the name of Export Processing Zones Authority, along with the required documents. Bids must be submitted using EPADS portal (One stage Two Envelope Procedure). Original bid security must be submitted in hard format in sealed envelope on the submission date and time at the address given below or else the bid will be cancelled. The last date for submission and opening of bids is 30 September 2026 at 11:30 AM. The bids will be opened on the same date at 12:00 Noon in the presence of committee members and bidders who wish to attend. Export Processing Zones Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids within the purview of PPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids in compliance with the tender documents and ensure timely submission through EPADS to avoid disqualification. Maintaining valid ATL and PEC registration is mandatory for eligibility.
