Procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for Sweepers, Frash, Chowkidars/Guards, and Drivers

The Federal Board of Revenue, Regional Tax Office-II Lahore, is inviting electronic bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services related to hiring of manpower on a least cost basis. This procurement is for experienced and reputable persons, firms, or companies with valid NTN, GST, and PRA registrations, and membership with relevant authorities. Bidders must be active taxpayers and regular sales tax return filers. Items being procured: - Sweepers (2 personnel) - Frash (2 personnel) - Chowkidars / Guards (2 personnel) - Drivers (3 personnel) The contract period is six months starting from the date of commencement, extendable based on worker efficiency. The services include provision of manpower for cleaning, security, and driving duties at the Regional Tax Office-II premises in Lahore. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 16.11.2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Regional Tax Office-II Lahore. Bid security amounts are Rs. 45,000 for Lot I and Rs. 65,000 for Lot II, payable via Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Chief Commissioner IR, Regional Tax Office-II Lahore. Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected. Rates quoted must include all applicable government duties and taxes and will remain valid until 30.06.2027. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, NTN, GST, and PRA, and earnest money submission. Bidders should ensure compliance with specifications approved by the Purchase Committee and upload documents on EPADS.
