Expression of Interest for Hiring Hotel Services by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited Islamabad

Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), a premier agriculture financial institution based in Islamabad, invites applications from suppliers and firms through the EPAD system for pre-qualification via a Closed Framework Agreement for hiring hotel services. This pre-qualification is aimed at selecting firms with valid income and sales tax registration who meet eligibility criteria as per the prequalification document. The selected bidders will enter into a Closed Framework Agreement for a period of one year. Items being procured: - Hiring of hotel services The prequalification document contains detailed requirements, terms, and conditions and is available free for bidders on the ZTBL website (www.ztbl.com.pk) and the PPRA EPAD system v2.0 (www.epads.gov.pk). Hard copies can also be obtained from the Procurement Department at ZTBL Head Office, 1-Faisal Avenue Zero Point, Islamabad, at a cost of Rs. 2,000/-. Electronic applications must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the prequalification document and submitted through PPRA EPADS on or before 11:00 AM on 20-08-2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Eligibility requires valid FBR registration and compliance with prequalification criteria. Earnest Money and other bid securities will be as specified in the prequalification documents. Bidders should ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification.
