Group Health Insurance of PRIMACO Employees

Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company (Pvt) Ltd (PRIMACO) on behalf of EOBI (Government of Pakistan) invites e-bids for comprehensive Group Health Insurance coverage for PRIMACO employees and their eligible dependents. This contract covers 66 employees with a total of 281 lives, distributed in two categories: Category A (Assistant Managers and above) with 15 employees, 16 spouses, and 37 children; Category B (Assistants and below) with 51 employees, 47 spouses, and 115 children. Services are required nationwide with the main office in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Group Health Insurance coverage including hospitalization, major medical/dread disease, maternity care, specialized investigations, day care surgeries, and outpatient (OPD) services - Hospitalization care covering room charges, ICU, operation theater, physician and surgeon fees, medicines, diagnostic tests, blood supplies, nursing, ambulance, pre and post hospitalization expenses - Major medical/dread disease coverage including heart attack, cancer, organ transplants, dialysis, HIV/AIDS, chronic diseases - Maternity care including pregnancy, delivery, miscarriage, antenatal and postnatal care - Specialized investigations such as MRI, CT scan, endoscopy, angiography, EEG, ultrasound - Day care surgeries including cataract, glaucoma, laser eye surgeries, dialysis, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, emergency dental treatment - OPD services including consultations, medicines, diagnostic tests, dental treatment, mental health, therapies, vaccinations The insurance company must provide 100% coverage for all insured members, allow admissions at non-panel hospitals without prior approval, and ensure timely approvals for panel hospitals. Newborn babies and pre-existing conditions are covered without additional charges. The insurer must maintain a panel of at least 500 hospitals nationwide and provide a 24/7 helpline with qualified doctors. Claims settlement turnaround time must not exceed 15 calendar days. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 20 years experience in health insurance, paid-up capital and annual turnover of at least PKR 3 billion, AA+ or above credit rating, ISO 9001:2015 certification, and experience with at least 15 corporate/public-sector clients covering over 100 employees each. Bids must be submitted electronically via PPRA EPADS V2.00 system by 05 November 2026 at 1100 hours. Bidders must register on the PPRA EPADS portal and submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 and bid security of Rs. 300,000 in favor of PRIMACO Islamabad before bid submission. The contract period is initially one year with possible extension for two additional years based on performance.
