Transportation of Goods for The Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Peshawar

The Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Peshawar invites bids for the provision of Non-Consultancy Services involving the transportation of goods across multiple divisions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to hire Light Transport Vehicles (LTV) and Heavy Transport Vehicles (HTV) on a per-kilometre basis to facilitate the movement of goods between Peshawar Division, Bannu Division, Kohat Division, D.I.Khan Division, Hazara Division, Nowshera Division, and Mardan Division. Items being procured: - Transportation services using LTV vehicles at rate per km - Transportation services using HTV vehicles at rate per km The vehicles must be duly registered with valid fitness certificates and route permits. Drivers must hold valid licenses. Vehicles should be sealable with closed or covered bodies that can be locked and sealed. The contractor is responsible for loading and unloading services at both ends of each trip. The quoted rate per km includes fuel, tolls, driver charges, and all other expenses. Payment will be calculated by multiplying the quoted rate by the one-way distance of each trip as per Google Maps distance charts. The scope includes providing vehicles on call as per work orders issued by the Collectorate, with a requirement that vehicles report within 24 hours of the work order. The contractor is liable for any loss or damage during transit. There is no guaranteed minimum or maximum number of trips or kilometres. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all eligibility criteria including non-blacklisting, valid FBR registration, and technical competence.
