Request for Expression of Interest for Shortlisting Firms to Vet and Approve Building Plans, Architectural and Structural MEP Drawings for Khairpur Special Economic Zone

Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC), Government of Sindh, invites applications from reputed Consulting Firms (Architects and Structural Engineers) registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and Pakistan Council of Architects & Town Planners (PCATP), Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and who are on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The purpose is to designate a panel of Architects and Engineers to vet and approve building plans, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings of the industrial buildings at Khairpur Special Economic Zone, Khairpur. Items being procured: - Vetting and approval of building plans - Architectural drawings - Structural drawings - MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings The technical scope includes detailed review and approval of industrial building designs to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations at the Khairpur Special Economic Zone. Interested firms must be registered with PEC and PCATP and must be active taxpayers with FBR. The firms must also be registered with the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and submit their proposals online through the EPADS portal. Key dates include issuance of documents from 09:00 AM, 13th September 2026 till 10:00 AM, 29th September 2026. The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 29th September 2026, with application opening at 12:00 noon the same day.
