Extension of 11KV Room at 132KV Grid Station Gujranwala and Related Electrical Works

Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites qualified contractors to participate in the procurement of critical electrical infrastructure works at the 132KV Grid Station in Gujranwala. The tender includes three distinct projects aimed at enhancing the grid station’s capacity and security. Items being procured: - Extension of 11KV Room at 132KV Grid Station Gujranwala - Providing & Installation of CCTV Camera system at 94 Nos. different newly constructed 132KV Grid Stations - 132KV V.C Transmission Line D.I.A – Qila Didar Singh: Construction of pole foundation type SPA-6, material supply from GEPCO warehouse, erection of SPA poles, dismantling of existing TBA-1 tower The scope covers civil construction works including foundation and building extension, electrical installations such as CCTV systems for security enhancement, and transmission line works involving pole foundations and erection. The projects require adherence to technical specifications and quality standards as per GEPCO’s guidelines. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26 under specified codes CE-10, EE05, EE02, and CE-02, with proven experience in grid station and transmission line works. Bidders must demonstrate financial stability with average annual turnover verified by FBR tax returns and certified auditors. Submission of current bank statements showing 15% balance of individual works is mandatory. Joint ventures must provide performance security and judicial stamp agreements.
