Tender Description
Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) is inviting bids for three important works at the 132kv Grid Station in Gujranwala. The procurement involves extension of 11kv rooms, installation of a CCTV camera system, and construction of a 132kv single circuit transmission line with pole foundations.
Items being procured:
- Extension of 11kv Rooms at 132kv Grid Station Cantt Block
- Providing & Installation of CCTV Camera system of 94 Nos. different newly constructed 132kv Grid Stations
- 132 KV S/C Transmission Line DIIA – Qila Didar Singh: Construction of pole foundation type SPA-5 meter raised location # 34, (01-50), including shifting of material from GEPCO Warehouse Wazirabad to site, erection of SPA pole along with welding of nut & bolts by dismantling the existing TBA-1 tower
The technical scope covers civil works for room extension, electrical installation of CCTV cameras across multiple grid stations, and heavy civil and electrical works for transmission line construction. The site is Gujranwala, Punjab, and the works require PEC registration in CE-10, EE05, and EE02 categories as applicable. Bidders must have valid PEC registration renewal for 2025-26, demonstrate average annual turnover matching the BOQ amounts for the last two years, and submit bank statements showing 15% balance of individual works. Experience proof requires at least two valid work orders with 100% cumulative cost completion certificates from the last five years.
The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA rules 2004 clause 36(b).
