Comprehensive Infrastructure Rehabilitation, Structural Repair and Restoration Works at TPS Residential Colony, Muzaffargarh

Northern Power Generation Company Limited (NPGCL / GENCO-III) invites bids for comprehensive infrastructure rehabilitation, structural repair and restoration works at TPS Residential Colony, Muzaffargarh. This procurement covers extensive civil repair and maintenance of residential quarters including roof waterproofing, sewerage and drainage system rehabilitation, boundary wall reconstruction, internal and external painting, and other associated civil works. Items being procured: - Comprehensive roof repair, including crack filling, seepage treatment and waterproofing of residential quarters - Repair and rehabilitation of sewerage and drainage systems, including defective pipelines, chambers and fittings - Repair and reconstruction of damaged boundary walls, including masonry, plastering and finishing - Internal and external painting of residential quarters, including surface preparation, putty, primer and finishing coats - Civil repairs, including damaged plaster, flooring, tiles, doors, windows and sanitary fittings - Removal and disposal of construction debris and final site cleaning The scope includes repair and restoration of 02 Nos. B-Type, 02 Nos. C-Type and 02 Nos. D-Type residential quarters at TPS Residential Colony, Muzaffargarh. All works must be completed as per specifications and under the supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and possess relevant technical and financial capacity. No joint ventures are allowed. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Friday, November 6, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security is not applicable but a bid securing declaration is required. Performance guarantee of 5% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
