Renovation and Refurbishment Work of Executive Washroom at 2nd Floor NBP Head Office Karachi

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the Renovation and Refurbishment work of the Executive Washroom located at the 2nd floor (L/S) of the NBP Head Office Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling, shifting and disposal of existing constructed structures including block masonry, RCC slab, tiles, wooden/glass doors, furniture, windows, partitions, false ceiling, AC, electrical and plumbing fittings - Block masonry walls of 4", 5", and 6" thickness - Surface rendering with cement sand plaster and waterproofing coating - PCC flooring with plain cement concrete - Porcelain tiles flooring 1200mm x 600mm, 11mm thick - Black granite/cherry pink factory polished tiles - Fabrication and fixing of wooden vanity shutters with laminated tactile sheet - Application of three coats of matt paint - Wooden doors with sandwich chipboard and mahogany wood edging - Plumbing works including soil waste and water supply pipes, toilet fittings (European type water closets, wash basins), bib cocks, stop cocks - Toilet accessories including water mixers, Muslim showers, soap dishes, toilet paper holders, towel rails, mirrors, hand dryer - Electrical wiring in heavy duty PVC conduit with copper wires - Electrical fittings including LED open lights, switches, sockets, and wall mounted exhaust fans The scope covers all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and disposal as per specifications and directions of the Engineer. The work site is at the NBP Head Office Karachi. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04, have active FBR registration, and have completed at least three similar contracts of minimum PKR 1.5 million each in the last three years. Bidders must submit a bid securing declaration and comply with all PPRA rules. The bid submission deadline is Monday, November 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
