Fabrication, Installation and Calibration of 300 Liters Diesel Fuel Tank at SBP-BSC (BANK) Multan

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) Multan invites sealed bids for the Fabrication, Installation and Calibration of a 300 Liters Diesel Fuel Tank at SBP-BSC (BANK) Multan, located at Pul Mouj Darya, LMQ Road, Multan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance fuel storage and measurement accuracy at the site. Items being procured: - Fabrication and installation of Diesel tank of Capacity (Gross) 330 Liters with MS angle foundation and thermal expansion allowance - Supply and installation of pumping and piping system including two self-priming centrifugal pumps with associated valves and piping - Calibration of the supplied 300 liters diesel fuel tank as per API MPMS Chapter 2.2A – Manual Tank Calibration (Rectangular) including third-party testing and certification The scope includes fabrication of a mild steel rectangular tank with internal diesel-resistant epoxy coating and external enamel paint, installation of pumps and piping for interconnectivity with the existing 11000 liters main diesel tank, and precise calibration with revalidation through water-refill method. All works must comply with API standards and HSEQ SOPs. Eligible bidders must have completed at least two projects related to fabrication and installation of fuel tanks or steel works each costing Rs. 700,000 or more in the last five years. They must also have an annual turnover or financial capability of at least Rs. 5 million and be registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Bid security of Rs. 50,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract duration is 180 days from the date of work order issuance.
