Fabrication of Mild Steel Diesel Fuel Tank with Foundation, Allied Piping and Calibration Works at SBP BSC Hyderabad Office

The SBP Banking Services Corporation, Hyderabad (SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC)) invites bids for the fabrication and installation of a Mild Steel Diesel Fuel Tank with foundation, allied piping, and calibration works at its Hyderabad office located at Thandi Sarak, Hyderabad, Sindh. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and follows the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Fabrication and installation of Diesel tank of Capacity (Gross) -330 Liters (0.33 m³) with foundation made of MS angle frame elevated 4 ft above ground with concrete pads and braces for stability - Pump Set Type: Self priming Centrifugal/Gear pump/Rotating Vane Pump with Asynchronous motor, single-phase, closed type, self-ventilating (2 Sets) installed in parallel with common suction and discharge lines - Calibration of diesel fuel tank at Sr#1 and other 5 tanks of cylindrical and rectangle shape as per API MPMS Chapter 2.2A – Manual Tank Calibration through third party testing firm such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, TUV etc. The scope includes compliance with API and NFPA standards, use of diesel-resistant epoxy and enamel paints, installation of valves, vent pipes, drain valves, inspection openings, level gauges, and calibrated scales. Pumping and piping works include installation of mild steel pipes, valves, strainers, and non-return valves with painting and concrete floor cutting and reflooring. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least two projects of similar nature costing Rs. 0.9 Million or more in the last five years and demonstrate financial capability of Rs. 0.35 Million or above. Bidders must be registered with the relevant provincial revenue authority and comply with FBR/NTN requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by **Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 03:00 PM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security of Rs. 30,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration is required. The performance guarantee is 10% of the contract price.
