Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Pabbi invites experienced and reputable manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, and firms to submit e-tenders for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement is funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and aims to enhance solid waste management capabilities in Pabbi. The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by the TMA.
Items being procured:
- Supply/Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
- Supply/Fabrication of 1-1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02)
- Supply/Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 03)
The technical scope includes complete fabrication according to specified standards ensuring quality and durability suitable for municipal solid waste operations. Bidders must have valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and a 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must register on the EPAD portal and submit their e-bids by 14th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR in favor of TMO TMA Pabbi is required, sealed and submitted before the closing date. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will apply. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will provide complete operational training to staff. Late, conditional, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase order issuance depends on fund release. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPAD registration and submission process to avoid disqualification. Ensuring all documents and bid security are properly submitted before the deadline is crucial for successful participation.
