Fabrication of Fifteen (15) Wooden Computer Workstations with Electric Wiring

The Federal Tax Ombudsman Secretariat Islamabad invites sealed bids from GST and NTN registered firms through the EPADS portal of PPRA for the fabrication of fifteen (15) wooden computer workstations. These workstations are to be fabricated as per the detailed specifications provided by the department. Items being procured: - Wooden computer workstation using Ms Angel 3/4 frame - Tactyle wooden sheet - Frosted glass separator - Dimension/Size: 3' x 3'.6" x 2' - Provision of electric wiring with one (1) double light plug - Estimated number of workstations: 15 The scope includes fabrication and installation of the workstations at the FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad. The successful bidders will be responsible for delivering the complete workstations at their own cost. Only firms registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit proof of GST registration, NTN number, and a certificate confirming the firm has never been blacklisted by any government department. Earnest money equal to 2% of the total quoted tender cost must be attached in the form of a call deposit in the name of DDO, FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad. Vendors may visit the FTO Secretariat HQ Islamabad on any working day to examine the sample workstation before quoting. The tender submission deadline is by 20.10.2026 at 10:00 hours via EPADS, with technical bids opening the same day at 10:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered. The office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers in light of PPRA rules.
