IT Equipment LED TVs with Protective Glass and Smart Amplifier for Installation in Classroom and Labs at CUI Lahore Campus

Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of IT equipment including LED TVs with protective glass and smart amplifiers for installation in classrooms and labs at the CUI Lahore Campus, located in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the teaching and learning environment with modern audiovisual technology. Items being procured: - 19 units of 65-inch 4K Google TVs (TCL/Haier/Hisense or equivalent, 2025-2026 models) - 2 units of 75-inch 4K Google TVs (TCL/Haier/Hisense or equivalent, 2025-2026 models) - 1 unit of 55-inch 4K Google TV (TCL/Haier/Hisense or equivalent, 2025-2026 model) - 1 unit of 43-inch QLED TV (TCL/Haier/Hisense or equivalent, 2025-2026 model) - 1 unit of 65-inch 4K Google TV (TCL/Haier/Hisense or equivalent, 2025-2026 model) - 5 units of Smart Amplifier Mixer (ITC Model T-60 or equivalent) - Procurement and installation of 8mm transparent tempered glass for protection of 75-inch LCD TV (1 unit) - Procurement and installation of 8mm glass pairs (transparent tempered glass for 65-inch Smart LCD TV protection and frosted tempered glass as writing board) in classrooms (15 pairs) The technical specifications include 4K Ultra HD resolution, Google TV operating system with integrated Google Assistant and Chromecast, Dolby Audio support, and one-year onsite warranty covering all parts including panel leakage. Installation includes secure mounting and electrical accessories such as power cables, PVC ducts, and flexible pipes. The vendor is responsible for any damage during installation. Eligibility requires bidders to be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) or authorized agents/suppliers with a minimum five years presence in Pakistan to ensure warranty and after-sales support. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **October 19, 2026, 11:00 AM** with original bid security submitted physically to Comsats University Islamabad, Defence Road, Lahore. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. A 5% retention money of the total invoice value will be held by CUI Lahore Campus during the warranty period, released upon satisfactory completion. This tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope procurement method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
