Provision of Certain Facilities at PAF Multan

Military Engineer Services invites sealed bids for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Multan. This procurement is being conducted under the PPRA Rules 2004, Clause 13(1). All works must comply with the relevant standards and quality requirements set by the Military Engineer Services. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required as per the tender documents. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours upon payment of the prescribed fee. The deadline for submission of bids is 11 April 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the address mentioned in the notice. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
