Tender Description
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites bids for the comprehensive Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression System for Statelife Building No.11 located in Karachi. This procurement includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a complete fire protection system to ensure safety and compliance with national and international fire safety standards.

The technical scope covers all civil, mechanical, electrical, and fire safety works including demolition, pipe penetration and repair, false ceiling restoration, fire pump room modification, pump foundations, and miscellaneous civil works allied to fire fighting systems. The system design complies with NFPA, UL, FM Global, and local regulatory standards. The project requires PEC registered contractors with minimum C-4 category and relevant experience in fire alarm and suppression systems. Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB and provide bid security of PKR 1,800,000/-.
Key dates include bid submission and opening on 23-09-2026 at 11:00 AM via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Hard copies of bid security must be submitted in person before the deadline. The bid validity period is 180 days. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope with electronic bid submission mandatory.
