Procurement of Fire Fighting and Fire Safety Equipment and Security Walk-Through Checking Gate

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, authorized dealers, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the procurement of fire fighting and fire safety equipment along with a security walk-through checking gate under a one-year framework agreement. This procurement is specifically for the IBCC Head Office located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Fire Fighting Equipment - Fire Safety Equipment - Security Walk-Through Checking Gate The technical scope includes supply and installation of high-quality fire safety and security equipment suitable for office premises. The materials must comply with safety standards and be durable for continuous use. The procurement will cover the entire IBCC office premises at Plot # 25, Street # 38, I & T Center, G-10/4, Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and possess valid NTN and sales tax registration. Experience in supplying fire safety and security equipment to government or large private organizations is preferred. Bidders should submit a non-refundable tender document fee of PKR 500 and provide a bid security of PKR 750,000 in the form of CDR, bank draft, or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank. The tender follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 (amended). Bids comprising separately sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 17 August 2026 at 09:30 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
