Procurement of Security Services for NADRA Mega Center Karachi

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed bids from reputed and experienced security service providers for the provision of security services at the NADRA Mega Center in Karachi. The scope of work includes the deployment of security guards and supervisors as per the requirements detailed in the tender documents. The contract is for a period as specified in the bidding documents, and the services must be provided in accordance with NADRA's security protocols and standards. Items being procured: - Security Guards (quantity and shifts as per tender documents) - Security Supervisors (quantity and shifts as per tender documents) The technical scope covers the provision of trained, uniformed, and licensed security personnel, equipped with necessary tools and communication devices. The guards must be physically fit, preferably ex-servicemen, and should have valid licenses from the relevant authorities. The service provider must ensure round-the-clock security coverage, including weekends and public holidays, at the designated NADRA Mega Center premises in Karachi. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must have at least three years of relevant experience in providing security services to government or large private sector organizations. Earnest Money equivalent to 2% of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of NADRA. Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes as per the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The deadline for submission of bids is 26 September 2026 at 12:30 PM.
