Security Guard Services for Auqaf Department Multan Zone

The Auqaf Department Multan Zone invites sealed bids from eligible security service providers for the provision of security guard services at various Auqaf properties and sites within Multan. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, and only firms listed as Active Tax Payers (ATL) with FBR are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Security Guard Services (Quantity: 1 contract) The contract value is set at Rs. 1,400,000/- for the financial year, and all interested bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 70,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with their bids. The scope of work includes the deployment of trained and licensed security personnel at designated Auqaf sites, ensuring round-the-clock safety and protection of assets, staff, and visitors. Bidders must demonstrate experience in providing similar services to government or reputable private sector clients, and must be registered with relevant authorities. Bids must be uploaded online via the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal by 23rd September 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained.
