Fixation of Control System and Hydraulic System of the ANCO Shake Table at UET Lahore

Sealed proposals on a single-stage, two-envelope basis are invited by the Civil Engineering Department, University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore, from manufacturers or authorized service providers and specialized firms with sufficient technical capabilities for the fixation of Control System and Hydraulic System of the ANCO Shake Table located in the Earthquake Engineering Laboratory, Department of Civil Engineering, UET Lahore. Items being procured: - Fixation of Control System of the ANCO Shake Table - Fixation of Hydraulic System of the ANCO Shake Table The scope involves technical repair and installation work on the ANCO Shake Table systems within the Earthquake Engineering Laboratory. Bidders must have relevant experience and technical expertise to handle specialized hydraulic and control systems. The proposal/bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 18,000/- (2% of the Estimated Amount) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), pay order, or demand draft in the name of Treasurer, UET Lahore. The bidding documents must be submitted electronically on EPADS by 16-11-2026 before 10:00 a.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. The proposals will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. on EPADS. Eligibility requires registration on EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules-2014. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. For best results, bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS and prepare all technical and financial documents carefully to avoid rejection for non-responsiveness.
