Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System at NESPAK House Islamabad

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 on a single stage single envelope bidding procedure from eligible bidders duly licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in category O-6 or higher relevant to HVAC works. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue for the O&M of HVAC works. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk), PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk), and NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk) websites. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 500,000 (Pakistani Rupees Five Hundred Thousand only) in favor of NESPAK and submitted through EPADS on or before 13 November 2026 up to 1500 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened at 1530 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bidders wishing to offer discounts may do so only if included in their bids on EPADS. Scanned copies of all required documents must be uploaded through EPADS. The original bid security instrument must be submitted to the office before the deadline, or bids will be rejected. NESPAK reserves the right to reject all bids according to provision Rules 45 of PPRA, 2026.
