Procurement of Food Items for Punjab Prisons Financial Year 2026-27

Punjab Prisons Department invites bids for the procurement of food items for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab E-Procurement System. All items must meet the quality standards specified in the bidding documents. Suppliers must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money at the rate of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Only bids submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement portal will be considered. The last date for bid submission is 24 October 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening at 02:30 PM on the same day.
