Tender Description
Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites bids for multiple procurement lots under various projects managed by PITB. The procurement includes IT hardware and equipment, laptops and desktops for advanced bootcamps and freelancing training, food and catering services, and laptops, desktops & accessories for ITOP wing projects.
Items being procured:
- Lot 1: Laptops (Laptop Ultra 7 - 22 units, Laptop Ultra 5 - 13 units)
- Lot 2: Miscellaneous Hardware (IP Phone - 35 units, All in One PC - 3 units)
- Lot 1 (EGOV-22): Laptops & Desktop (Laptop Ultra 7 - 4 units, Laptop Ultra 5 - 11 units, Desktop PC Ultra-7 - 1 unit)
- Lot 1 (NDP-07): Food & Catering Services (Multiple quantity)
- Lot 1 (ITOPS-13): Desktops & Accessories (Desktop PC-Core i7 - 8 units, Display Monitor - 4 units, UPS-1KVA - 24 units)
- Lot 2 (ITOPS-13): Laptops (Ultra-7 - 20 units)
The procurement will be completed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on November 10, 2026. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day.
Eligibility requires compliance with PITB and Punjab Procurement Rules, including submission of bid security as specified per lot. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money and bid security amounts are fixed per lot as detailed in the notice.
