Canteen Services for ATIN & DS Students National Logistics Corporation

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites sealed bids for the provision of canteen services at its ATIN & DS campus in Dina. The canteen will cater to approximately 200 to 600 students, providing hygienic and quality food and beverages as per the requirements of the institution. The contract will be awarded to the most suitable bidder based on the evaluation criteria set by NLC. Items being procured: - Provision of canteen services for 200-600 students (food and beverages) - Use of canteen premises and equipment as per NLC guidelines - Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene standards - Compliance with all health and safety regulations - Timely service and availability of food items during specified hours The scope of work includes the complete management and operation of the canteen, ensuring the supply of fresh and hygienic food items, and maintaining the cleanliness of the premises. The contractor will be responsible for the daily operations, including procurement of raw materials, preparation of food, and serving students and staff. The canteen must remain open during the specified hours and provide a variety of food options as approved by the institution. Eligible bidders must have prior experience in running institutional canteens, be registered with FBR/ATL, and submit an earnest money of **PKR 15,000** in the form of a pay order or demand draft. The tender fee is **PKR 2,000**, non-refundable, to be deposited in the designated NLC account. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Principal, ATIN & DS, NLC Dina, by **04 December 2026, 11:30 AM**. Late submissions will not be entertained.
