Mess Contract for NLC Boys Hostel, Technical Training Institute Amangarh (Nowshera)

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites sealed bids for the mess contract at the NLC Boys Hostel, Technical Training Institute Amangarh (Nowshera). The hostel accommodates between 150 to 200 students, and the contract is for providing quality mess services to these resident trainees. Bidders are required to submit their sealed tenders by 04 November 2026 at 1130 hours at the office of OIC NLC ATIN Amangarh. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. Items being procured: - Mess contract for provision of daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea) to 150-200 hostel students at NLC Boys Hostel, Technical Training Institute Amangarh (Nowshera) The scope includes the supply of hygienic and nutritious meals as per the menu approved by the institute, use of quality ingredients, and maintenance of cleanliness in the mess premises. The contractor must ensure the use of fresh and quality food items, and the mess staff must be experienced and well-mannered. The contract also requires the use of LPG cylinders for cooking, and the contractor will be responsible for the safe handling and storage of gas. The successful bidder will be required to provide a security deposit of PKR 10,000 as earnest money in the form of a pay order or bank draft. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of OIC NLC ATIN Amangarh upon payment of PKR 2,000 (non-refundable) during office hours. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The contract period will be for 45 days from the date of award, and the department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes, and late submissions will not be entertained.
