Framework Contract for Construction Works including Silage Manhole and Collecting Tank in Lodhran

District Council Lodhran is inviting sealed bids for a framework contract covering specific construction works in Lodhran. This contract is valid until 30th June 2027 and is open to contractors enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or pay order from a scheduled bank in Punjab is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically by 25th May 2024 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM the same day in the office of District Council Lodhran.
