Framework Contract for Purchase of General Store and Sanitary & Electric Store Items

Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore invites E-Bids from reputable bidders under applicable laws and PPRA Rule 2014 for procurement of general store and sanitary & electric store items through a framework contract. The procurement will be conducted via the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority's E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Items being procured: - General Store Items - Sanitary & Electric Store Items Bidders must register on the E-Procurement portal to participate. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee is required in favor of the Medical Superintendent, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore. Bids must be uploaded online along with all requisite documents including the scanned original bid security in the technical bid. The bids will be opened in the Conference Room, MCH Block, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore on 21-09-2026 at 11:30 AM. The tender follows a single stage, two envelope bidding procedure. All pages of the bid must be signed and stamped by the firm. Strict adherence to PPRA rules and amendments will be enforced. Any violation or submission of forged documents will lead to disqualification or blacklisting. Only one bid per person is allowed; multiple bids from the same person will be rejected. Taxes will be applicable as per Government of Punjab rules. The PPRA website (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) will calculate response time from the date of advertisement publication.
