Framework Contract for Hiring of Vehicle Services on Rental Basis

The Urban Sector Planning and Management Services Unit (Private) Limited is inviting bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure from sole proprietors, firms, or companies registered on Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant Authorities, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax (PRA) Departments. The procurement title is Framework Contract for Hiring of Vehicle Services on Rental Basis and will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders shall submit separate Bid Security for each LOT for which they intend to participate, as per the amounts specified below: Items being procured: - LOT 1: Estimated Amount PKR 52,200,000 with Bid Security PKR 1,566,000 (3% of Estimated Amount) - LOT 2: Estimated Amount PKR 10,500,000 with Bid Security PKR 315,000 (3% of Estimated Amount) - LOTs 3 to 32: Estimated Amount PKR 166,666 for each LOT with Bid Security PKR 8,333 for each LOT (5% of Estimated Amount) This framework contract involves hiring vehicle services on a rental basis for various operational needs.
