Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA) invites E-Bids from contractors/firms registered with the registration system available on the eP having valid License from PEC in category C3 & Above with relevant code ME – 06, registered with FBR & PRA (NTN and PNTN) for E-Procurement on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). All e-bids must be submitted through eP concerning a Framework Contract for provision of Human Resource & Operations and Maintenance of 1,202 No. Water Filtration Plants in Lahore Division for 04 months (extendable for further 08 months). Items being procured: - Provision of Human Resource - Operations and Maintenance of 1,202 Water Filtration Plants The bidders shall download bidding documents from the Authority's EP website and participate in the procurement process without paying any cost or fee. A Bid Security amounting to Rs. 7,464,741/- (2% of the estimated cost) must accompany all E-Bids. The Bid Security submission will be processed digitally through the eP system and transferred via 1Link or Bank Guarantee from any Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of Director General (O&M), PSPA. The bidding procedure is single stage two envelopes. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for opening of financial bids. Conditional bids will not be accepted. Bids will be valid for 120 days. The Procuring Agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance under Punjab PP Rules 2014 (Rule-35).
