Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicine, Surgical and Disposable Items for FY 2026-2027

The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Pindi Bhattian invites sealed bids from interested firms/agencies of re-puted standing involved in running institutional Pharmacy Business/Chain of Pharmacies/Distributors having a valid Retail drug sale license (Category A) for supply of drugs, medicines, surgical disposables for contract of following medicines tenders for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicine - Surgical Items - Disposable Items Bidding shall be conducted through E-Procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope) as specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 which is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document. Interested eligible bidders can participate through e-procurement portal. The bidding documents containing all Terms & Conditions, requirements, Specification etc. are immediately available under Rule 29(1) on the official PPRA Punjab e-procurement website. All bids TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL on item wise basis must be uploaded through e-procurement before or on closing date and time i.e. 15-09-2026 till 09:00 am. E-bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 30(1) in presence of bidders or their representatives on 15-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Pindi Bhattian. The bidder must submit original Bid Security CDR before opening of E-bids. Bid validity will be 120 days. THQ Hospital Pindi Bhattian will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of sample and original Bid security. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN and Sales Taxes registration certificate must be provided. The procuring agency has the right to reject/disqualify a supplier or contractor if it finds at any stage that information submitted by him was false/inaccurate/incomplete under PPRA rule 19. The URL of the website of the PPRA is http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.aspx and response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the website of the PPRA. Interested bidders should ensure their registration on the e-procurement portal and submit bids accordingly. The contract is for the fiscal year 2026-2027 and bidders should be prepared to supply medicines and surgical/disposable items as per specifications and quantities required by THQ Hospital Pindi Bhattian. Earnest money in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order is mandatory. Bidders are advised to carefully read the bidding documents and comply with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
