Framework Contract for Day to Day Local Purchase of Medicines and Medical Devices at THQ Hospital Lalian

THQ Hospital Lalian, District Chiniot, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for a framework contract for the day to day local purchase of medicines and medical devices (surgical and disposable items) for the fiscal year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Medicines - Medical Devices (Surgical & Disposable Items) The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system and bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). All interested parties must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement system as a prerequisite. Bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. The last date for uploading and submission of e-bids is 18-09-2026 till 12:00 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement system. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost, deposited as per PPRA rules through online PSID in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Lalian, Chiniot. E-bids received by the deadline will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement system. Late bids will not be entertained.
