Tender Description
The Tehsil Head Quarters Hospital Pindigheb, District Attock, Punjab, is inviting sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, and authorized sales and service dealers for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the Health & Population Department under the Office of the Medical Superintendent at THQ Hospital Pindigheb.
Items being procured:
- Framework Contract for Day to Day Local Purchase and Emergency Purchase Of Medicine & Surgical/Disposable Items/UHI Medicines
- Framework contract for procurement of Dialysis UHI/regular budget
- Framework contract for purchase of X-Ray Films & Radiology Accessories
- Framework contract for procurement of Pathology / Laboratory Materials, Reagents and Kits, and procurement of Laboratory Testing services on a Reagent Rental Basis including the Placement of Hematology Test Analyzer(s) and Chemistry Analyzer under UHI/regular budget
- Framework contract for purchase of Miscellaneous, General Store Items & Dental Items
- Framework contract for purchase of Printing Material / Stationary Items from UHI/regular budget
- Framework contract for procurement of Medical Gases UHI/regular budget
The scope covers a wide range of medical and laboratory supplies essential for hospital operations including medicines, surgical disposables, dialysis supplies, radiology accessories, pathology reagents and analyzers, general store and dental items, printing and stationery materials, and medical gases. The contracts are framework agreements intended to support ongoing and emergency procurement needs throughout the financial year.
Eligible bidders must be registered with EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and comply with all bidding requirements including submission of Earnest Money in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker’s Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bidders should have relevant experience and valid FBR/ATL registration. The bidding documents include detailed technical and financial proposal instructions and are available free of cost on the PPRA and EPADS websites.
The tender closing date is **06-08-2026** with bid submission deadline at 11:00 AM and technical and financial proposals to be uploaded on EPADS. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders’ representatives. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules.
