Framework Contract for Procurement of Pharmaceutical Reference Standards FY 2026-27

The Drugs Testing Laboratory (DTL) Punjab, Lahore under the Health & Population Department (H&PD) invites electronic bids for a Framework Contract for the procurement of Pharmaceutical Reference Standards for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the single stage two envelopes (38-2a) national competitive bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Pharmaceutical Reference Standards Bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) are eligible to participate. The bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, instructions, and technical specifications, are available free of cost on the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Electronic bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal before the deadline. The procurement requires a bid security of 2% of the estimated amount of the quoted lot, to be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 180 days from the bid opening date.
