Framework Contract for Procurement of Sports Goods and Equipment

The Directorate of Sports Merged Areas, located at Qayyum Stadium, Peshawar, invites eligible firms with relevant sports supplies experience to participate in a framework contract for the procurement of sports goods and equipment. This procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding as per KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Sports goods - Sports equipment The procurement scope includes supplying quality sports goods and equipment suitable for various sports activities managed by the Directorate. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), hold valid NTN and Sales Tax (GST) registrations, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, ensuring transparency and fairness. Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/tenders/Epadtenders or www.dgsports.kp.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 22/09/2026 at 2:00 PM. The bid opening will take place the same day at 2:30 PM in the office of the Director Sports Merged Areas at Qayyum Stadium Peshawar Cantt, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 600,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued in favor of the undersigned. This bid security will be converted into performance security upon award. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
