Tender Description
The Health and Population Department, Government of the Punjab, is inviting e-bids from eligible firms for a framework contract concerning the procurement of stationary, computer stationary, and other store items specifically for the Health Information and Service Delivery Unit in Lahore. This procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended to date, and follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
The technical scope includes a comprehensive range of stationary and computer-related stationary items essential for the efficient operation of the Health Information and Service Delivery Unit. The procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS), ensuring transparency and ease of submission. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids separately, duly completed, signed, and stamped, strictly adhering to the bidding document requirements.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL, and must have relevant experience in supplying stationary and computer stationary items. Firms are advised to ensure their bids comply fully with the bidding document to avoid disqualification. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the department's official website, E-PADS portal, and PPRA website.
The submission deadline is set for 24th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. Manual or hardcopy submissions will not be entertained.
A practical tip for bidders is to register early on the E-PADS portal and thoroughly review the bidding documents to ensure all technical and financial requirements are met. This will help avoid common pitfalls such as incomplete submissions or technical non-compliance, which can lead to rejection of bids.
