Framework Contract for Purchase of Sports Goods in Youth Affairs & Sports Department CFY 2026-27

The Directorate of Sports, Merged Areas, located at Qayyum Stadium, Peshawar, invites sealed tenders (E-bids) for a Framework Contract for the purchase of goods in the Youth Affairs & Sports Department for the current financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted through uploading on the EPAD portal, open to interested bidders registered with FBR as active filers. The contract involves the supply of sports goods on a free delivery basis to consignee locations. Items being procured: - Sports goods for Youth Affairs & Sports Department The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules. Bidders must clearly mention their postal address, valid email, and active contact numbers. Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/tenders/Epadtenders or www.dgsports.kp.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 4th November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Director Sports Merged Areas at Qayyum Stadium Peshawar Cantt, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 600,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued in favor of the undersigned, which will later be converted into performance security. Bidders are also required to submit hard copies of their bid proposals to the Directorate of Sports Merged Areas office at Peshawar. The firm/company/authorized dealer/wholesale dealer/distributor/general order supplier must be registered with relevant tax authorities (FBR, KPRA etc.) and possess valid NTN and GST registration, and be active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List. Bid evaluation will be based on item-wise selection. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with Rule 47 of the KPPRA Rules, 2014.
