Tender Description
The District Police Officer Sialkot invites e-procurement bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 31.12.2021) from well reputed and financially sound registered firms with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Bidders must have previous experience for purchase of Miscellaneous Items on Framework Contract basis for the financial year 2026-27 (up till 30-06-2027).

- Framework Contract for Purchase of Stationery & Computer Stationery Items
- Framework Contract for Purchase of Printing Items
- Framework Contract for Repair/Renovation of Police Buildings
- Framework Contract for Repair of Police Vehicles including Tyres & Tubes, Batteries, Spare Parts, Filters, Lubricants
- Framework Contract for Purchase of Miscellaneous Store Items (electronic/electrical, sanitary, cleaning, dietary articles, flexes, crockery, sports items, fingerprint items, ice & coal, rifle oil, chindi, plant, water filters cartridges & I.T. equipment, tent & tarpauls, barriers)
- Framework Contract for Repair of Machinery & Equipment and Office Furniture

The procurement will be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage - One Envelope Bidding Procedures. Tender documents are available free of cost at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and must be submitted online on Punjab e-procurement System. Technical and Financial bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and in full conformity with bidding documents. The response time is calculated from the date of advertisement publication on PPRA website.
Tenders closing date is **03-09-2026 at 11:00 am** with opening at 11:30 am on the same day. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last minute issues. Income/Sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany bids. The District Police Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014 (amended up to 31.12.2021).
