Framework Contract for Stationary, IT and General Store Items

Punjab Financial Advisory Services (PFAS) invites bids for a framework contract for stationary, IT and general store items in Lahore. The procurement is conducted under the Finance Department, Government of Punjab, supporting public sector institutions with financial and management advisory services. Items being procured: - Stationary Items - Housekeeping Items - Refreshment Items - IT Items The bidding is LOT wise with four lots: Stationary Items with a bid security of PKR 260,800, Housekeeping Items with PKR 415,000, Refreshment Items with PKR 117,000, and IT Items with PKR 205,000. Partial bidding for any items within a lot is not permitted. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 4th September 2026 till 11:00 AM. Manual or courier submissions will not be entertained. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20th August 2026 at 12:15 PM. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
