Framework Contract for Supply of Stationery, Printing, Computer Stationery, Entertainment & Gifts, and IT Equipment by Youth Affairs & Sports Department Lahore

The Youth Affairs & Sports Department Punjab invites E-Bids on Lot basis for a framework contract from registered firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order service providers engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sale Tax, and Punjab Sale Tax. Bidders must submit separate E-bids for each lot as contracts will be awarded separately. Items being procured: - Stationery (Budget Allocated: Rs. 1,700,000, Bid Security: Rs. 85,000) - Printing & Publication (Rs. 1,500,000, Rs. 75,000) - Cost of Other Stores (Rs. 2,050,000, Rs. 102,500) - Computer Stationery (Rs. 2,700,000, Rs. 135,000) - Others (Rs. 5,200,000, Rs. 260,000) - Entertainment & Gifts (Rs. 1,500,000, Rs. 75,000) - I.T Equipment (Rs. 1,500,000, Rs. 75,000) The procurement covers supply of various office and IT related goods for the department located at Punjab Football Stadium, Nishtar Park Sports Complex, Ferozpur Road, Lahore. Bidders must submit E-bids accompanied by an e-Bid Security amounting to 5% of the estimated price for each lot. Bid Security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order will not be accepted. The complete E-bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk as per the schedule. The original Bid Security must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the Bidding Document Number, lot, and title before the E-bid submission deadline at the Punjab Football Stadium, Nishtar Park Sports Complex, Ferozpur Road, Lahore. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
