Framework Contract for Procurement of Uniforms and Protective Clothing

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) invites sealed E-bids for a Framework Contract for Procurement of Uniforms and Protective Clothing. This procurement is specifically for firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Joint Ventures or Consortiums are not allowed. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for Procurement of Uniforms and Protective Clothing The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP). Bidders must submit their bids electronically on or before 28th August 2026 at 11:30 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 2,750,000/- is required and must be submitted via the digital banking facility available in the Punjab E-Procurement System. The bid security must be attached with the Technical Bid and will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the procurement process is complete. The contract is for the financial year 2026-27. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per the Punjab Public Procurement Rules 2014.
