Framework Contracts for General Store Items at DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal for 2026-27

District Headquarter Teaching Hospital Narowal invites e-bids on FOR basis from firms, importers, manufacturers, wholesale dealers, and general order suppliers duly registered with income tax/sales tax department for procurement of below listed items/services for use at DHQ Teaching Hospital Narowal through eProcurement. Items being procured: - General Store Items including Stationary - Laundry - Linen - Medical/Surgical items - Furniture & Fixtures - Printing items - Other General Store Items & Miscellaneous The procurement is for framework contracts for the year 2026-27. Interested bidders may obtain tender documents containing detailed specifications, terms, and conditions from the eProcurement website https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. Response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website. Bid security of 2% of the total estimated price/cost of quoted items must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-PS as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement. No physical financial instrument (CDR/Bank Guarantee etc.) will be accepted. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening of bids. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bidding will be conducted under PPRA rule 38 (2) single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Proposals shall be opened online on September 8, 2026, at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of DHQ Hospital Narowal. The procuring agency shall not be responsible for any failure on part of firms to submit an e-bid or account of any technical error or internet failure. In case e-bid or e-proposal including entries and record submitted on Punjab e-PS is found corrupt, unreadable, contains virus or submitted in wrong lot, such e-bid or e-proposal shall be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended to date) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 (amended to date).
