Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids for the supply of fresh water through bowzers to various naval establishments and posts in Karachi and Ormara. This opportunity is open to eligible contractors with relevant experience in water supply and logistics. The works are to be executed under the supervision of the Military Engineer Services (MES) as per the requirements detailed in the tender notice. Items being procured: - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to MTC (Professional Classes) at PNS Qasim - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to PNS Qasim Ship's Coy (Marines + Civilian) at PNS Qasim - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to LSS Ghan at 31st Creeks BN - Supply of fresh water through bowzers for troops to 31st Creeks BN HQ (A Coy) - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to BN HQ 32nd Creeks - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to HQ 102 FP BDE & LSS Dakota at PNS Qasim - Supply of fresh water through bowzers to JMICC and Senior Officer Mess at PNS Qasim - Supply of fresh water through bowzer at CHW, Security (Mulady Muthung LML) LSS Spat Bandar 6th FP BN JNB Ormara - Supply of fresh water through bowzer at CHW (Buzzi Pass) Zain Shaheed Post 6th FP BN at JNB Ormara - Provision of fresh water through bowzers at Mudasir Shaheed Post - Provision of fresh water through bowzer at LSS Maneji - Supply of fresh water through bowzer at Hamza Shaheed Post 6th FP BN at JNB Ormara - Supply of fresh water through bowzer at LSS Kund Malir 6th FP BN The technical scope includes timely and hygienic delivery of potable water to the specified naval units, ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards. Contractors must have completed similar works in the last two years and provide documentary evidence as per the attached proforma. Earnest Money at 2% of the quoted amount is required in the form of CDR/Pay Order. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category D or above and be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Military Engineer Services (MES), Karachi, by **04 July 2026, 1130 hours**. Late submissions will not be entertained. For best results, ensure all supporting documents, including performance reports and completion certificates, are attached to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
