Prequalification for Furniture Manufacturing, General Store Supplies, Fabrication, and Transportation Services

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Wood Working Service Centre Rawalpindi is inviting prequalification applications for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, firms, and goods transporters to provide goods and services related to furniture and general store items in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Furniture Manufacturers (Finished & Semi Finished Furniture Items) - General Order Suppliers (General Store Items) - Fabricators (Fabrication of Composite Steel Furniture and others) - Transportation Services The scope includes procurement of pipe material, wooden and metal furniture/components, plastic furniture/components, raw material, hardware, board material, paint material, foam, and relevant services along with different consumable items as and when required. The materials and services will be utilized at the Wood Working Service Centre, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Eligible bidders must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority departments. Adequate experience in the relevant fields is mandatory. Applications must be complete and submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System. A non-refundable prequalification fee of Rs. 20,000 in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of TEVTA Wood Working Service Centre Rawalpindi is required. The submission deadline is Monday, July 20, 2026, at 11:00 am, with applications opening the same day at 12:00 pm. Late or incomplete submissions will not be entertained.
