Prequalification for Furniture Manufacturing, General Store Supplies, Fabrication, and Transportation Services

The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Wood Working Service Centre Rawalpindi invites prequalification applications for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, firms, and goods transporters to provide a range of goods and services in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The department seeks to prequalify capable entities for procurement under PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Furniture Manufacturers (Finished & Semi Finished Furniture Items) - General Order Suppliers (General Store Items) - Fabricators (Fabrication of Composite Steel Furniture and others) - Transportation Services The technical scope includes procurement of raw materials, wood and metal furniture components, plastic furniture components, hardware, board material, paint material, foam, and other relevant services and consumable items as required. The site of work is the TEVTA Wood Working Service Centre located behind Rawalpindi Medical University on Tipu Road, Rawalpindi. Eligibility criteria require manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, firms, and goods transporters to be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) where applicable. Adequate experience in the relevant categories is mandatory. Prequalification documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab and Punjab eProcurement System websites. Applications must be submitted online via the Punjab eProcurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk on or before Monday, July 20, 2026, at 11:00 am. Applications will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm. Late or incomplete submissions will not be entertained. A non-refundable prequalification fee of Rs. 20,000 in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of TEVTA Wood Working Service Centre Rawalpindi must accompany the application.
