Furniture Works at Library IBA Main Campus Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration Karachi (IBA) invites qualified suppliers and manufacturers to participate in the procurement of furniture works at its Library located at the Main Campus, University Road, Karachi. All works must comply with the architectural drawings and instructions of the architect. Materials specified include MDF boards, laminate sheets, powder-coated MS frames, and approved hardware. Installation is to be completed within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of acceptance of the Letter of Acceptance. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least five relevant furniture projects in the last three years, maintain a minimum average turnover of PKR 3 million per year, possess valid FBR and/or SRB sales tax registration and NTN, and provide an undertaking of no unsatisfactory performance in the last three years. Bid security of 2% of the total cost must be submitted in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of Institute of Business Administration Karachi. Successful bidders must provide 5% performance security before invoice submission. The tender fee is PKR 2,000 and the tender documents are available from July 28, 2026 to August 12, 2026 during working hours at the Office of Head of Procurement, Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically via SPPRA EPADS system and the original bid security and signed bid documents delivered to the Security Office, Gate #4, IBA Main Campus by August 12, 2026 at 2:30 PM. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 3:00 PM at the IBA Main Campus. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 7, 2026 at 11 AM at the IBA Main Campus.
