Geotechnical Investigations for Detailed Engineering Design for Upgradation of Main Line-1 (ML-1) of Pakistan Railway from Karachi to Rohri (480 KM) Package-3 Sections 1 to 5

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites bids through EPADs 2.0 for geotechnical investigations as part of consultancy services for detailed engineering design for the upgradation of Main Line-1 (ML-1) of Pakistan Railway from Karachi to Rohri (480 km) - Package-3 covering Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. This project involves drilling contractors/companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue and Provincial Revenue Authority, holding valid PEC registration in the relevant category. Items being procured: - Section 1: Structures (Bid Security Rs. 250,000) - Section 2: Structures (Bid Security Rs. 250,000) - Section 3: Structures (Bid Security Rs. 350,000) - Section 4: Structures (Bid Security Rs. 400,000) - Section 5: Roads (Bid Security Rs. 150,000) The scope includes comprehensive geotechnical investigations for the detailed design of structures and roads along the specified railway corridor. Bidders must submit separate bid securities for each section in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of NESPAK. Bidding documents including Bid Invitation Letter, BOQs, and Qualification Criteria are available for download from NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) websites or accessible via EPADs. Eligible companies should be registered with PEC, FBR, and provincial revenue authorities and have relevant experience. Bids inclusive of all taxes must be submitted through EPADs by the deadline of September 16, 2026, up to 1100 Hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation, with date and venue communicated to technically responsive bidders. NESPAK reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rules 33 of PPRA.
