Supply and Fixing of GIS-Based E Mapping of Smog Hotspots Industries at Sundar Industrial Estate

The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estate (BOM-SIE) Lahore invites bids for the supply and fixing of GIS-based e mapping of smog hotspots industries at Sundar Industrial Estate. This procurement is aimed at identifying and mapping smog hotspots within the industrial estate to support environmental monitoring and control efforts. Items being procured: - Supply and fixing of GIS-based e mapping of smog hotspots industries at Sundar Industrial Estate The scope includes the provision of a comprehensive GIS mapping system tailored to the smog hotspots in the estate, requiring technical expertise in GIS technology and environmental data integration. Contractors must be registered with PEC in category C6 or above, hold valid FBR, Sales Tax, and PRA registrations, and ISO 9001 certification. Experience in similar GIS mapping works is mandatory. Bidding will be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 on a Single Stage One Envelope basis. E-bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https//: ep.punjab.gov.pk by 24-Sep-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A bid security of Rs. 118,427/- digitally through e-Procurement is required, representing 2% of the estimated cost of Rs. 5,921,354/-.
